Consultation 

We start with an in-person consultation at your home, where we assess your space, discuss your heating and cooling goals, and recommend the right system for your needs. A consultation fee applies, which is fully credited toward your installation if you decide to proceed — so you’re getting expert advice from day one, with no pressure.

Installation 

Once you’re ready to proceed, our installation team gets to work — fitting your heat pump system with care and precision, and keeping your home tidy throughout. We coordinate around your schedule and keep you informed every step of the way, so there are no surprises on installation day.

Aftercare 

Our support doesn’t stop once your system’s installed. Every customer receives a personalised guide covering their system’s settings and care, along with access to our maintenance plans to keep your ducted heat pump running efficiently for years to come. If anything ever needs attention, we’re just a call away
